Call for Board Nominations and Election Notice

To All Homeowners,

 

This notice is to inform you about the upcoming annual election for your HOA Board of Directors, as required by California law.

 

Board Nominations

 

Currently, Michael and I intend to continue serving in the roles of President and Vice President. However, we are seeking nominations from other interested homeowners.

If you are a homeowner current on your HOA dues and are interested in:

 

  • Running against us for the President or Vice President role.
  • Being nominated as an additional board member to participate in association decisions.

 

Please notify us so that we can add your name to the official election ballot. The deadline for board member nominations is October 31, 2025.

 

Annual Election Details

 

The election will officially begin on November 1, 2025.

 

Your participation is crucial! Each homeowner is entitled to one vote. The election for an officer position (President or Vice President) concludes as soon as a candidate receives five or more votes.

 

Please be aware: If a run-off election is required (meaning neither officer candidate receives five votes), all budgeting and finance operations for the association will be temporarily halted. This would prevent us from finalizing and communicating next year's annual dues, which could then change significantly based on the newly elected officer's discretion.

 

To ensure a smooth transition and reliable budgeting for the next year, please cast your vote as soon as possible after the election begins.
