The roof replacement project for units 502C and 502D is currently underway. The existing roofs are approximately 47 years old and are in poor condition, resulting in significant leaks, foundation damage, and potential mold and pest issues. Special assessment dues collected specifically for this project will fund the replacements. The roof replacement for unit 500E has been completed.
While we no longer contract with Western Regional Management, we plan to utilize the same roofing company and quote used for the 500E project for units 502C and 502D. However, we are also actively seeking input from residents. If you know of any reputable roofing contractors who can provide high-quality roof replacements at competitive prices, please share their contact information. We will carefully evaluate all recommendations to ensure we select the best possible option for this project.
